Welcome to Ashland Hardwired

Our building is located at 340 A Street, in the heart of Ashland’s Historic Railroad District.  The space was formerly Ashland Hardware Store and has high, wood-beamed ceilings and beautiful views.  The 11,000 square foot building is host to a variety of high tech, data, financial, and other local companies.  There are 22 office suites around the perimeter of the building along with common space in the middle. 

The wide open interior of the building has a lobby on one side, a reception area and a copy machine in the middle, and 6 kiosk spaces for rent on the opposite side.  Each kiosk has internet connections and access to the central printer and fax machines.  There are also two semi-private, open air offices in the central area.

Renting an office space includes many amenities.  Services like fiber network bandwidth, conference room and photocopier access give local businesses the potential to have a powerful, high-tech infrastructure in a professional office setting.  The layout of the building allows for tenants to use the building and each other as resources toward success.  Ashland Hardwired’s unique design and high tech synergy make it a dynamic workspace.
