Our building is located at 340 A Street, in the heart of Ashland’s Historic Railroad District.  The space was formerly Ashland Hardware Store and has high, wood-beamed ceilings and beautiful views.  The 11,000 square foot building is host to a variety of high tech, data, financial, and other local companies.  There are 22 office suites around the perimeter of the building along with common space in the middle. 

The wide open interior of the building has a lobby on one side, a reception area and a copy machine in the middle, and 6 kiosk spaces for rent on the opposite side.  Each kiosk has internet connections and access to the central printer and fax machines.  There are also two semi-private, open air offices in the central area.

The La Baguette Bakery and Cafe right out the side door of the building serves pastries, bagels and terrific coffee five mornings a week and the newly expanded living room setting with piano, upright bass and a plethora of acoustic instruments hosts impromptu musical jams and spirited conversation nearly every morning.
